What if I need service after business hours?

After hours service is provided by Office Creek Pump Station at 972-625-4471. After hour water restorations are between the hours of 5pm-10pm weekdays/weekends for a $50.00 fee. After hourly water offs and sewer problems are handled 24 hrs. If you request the water to be turned off after hours, there will be a fee of $50 for that service. No fee for after hour sewer calls.
